Job Summary

The Procurement Officer is responsible for sourcing, purchasing, and managing materials related to aluminum profiles, glass, hardware, accessories, and related façade components. The role ensures timely availability of quality materials at competitive prices while maintaining strong supplier relationships and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and procure aluminum profiles, glass panels, hardware, sealants, accessories, and façade-related materials
• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors
• Prepare and process purchase orders in accordance with project requirements and budgets
• Coordinate with engineering, production, and project teams to ensure material specifications and timelines are met
• Monitor material delivery schedules and follow up to avoid project delays
• Maintain accurate procurement records, supplier databases, and price lists
• Conduct market research to identify cost-saving opportunities and alternative suppliers
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, technical specifications, and contractual terms
• Handle supplier performance evaluations and resolve procurement-related issues
• Support inventory control and stock management to minimize shortages or excess

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
• 5–7 years of procurement experience, preferably in aluminum, glass, façade, or construction industries
• Strong knowledge of aluminum systems, glass types, hardware, and façade materials
• Experience in local and international sourcing is an advantage
• Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office (Excel, Word)
• Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills
